Disproportionate burden

   Explanation why a disproportionate burden is present: Scientific texts can only partially be broken down to simple language. This requires translators who are not available at the AWI. Whether this can be remedied is still open.

2. Description of barrier: Inconsistent tab-order
   Explanation why a disproportionate burden is present: Changing the sequence in existing systems is very time-consuming. This can be better taken into account for new projects, but less so for microsites.

3. Description of barrier: No (verified) barrier-free PDFs
   Explanation why a disproportionate burden is present: PDFs are not edited afterwards. Creators can only be urged to pay attention to accessibility when creating a PDF file. However, technical requirements are rarely given here.
