Purpose | |
Abstract | A major aim of the cruise M136 was quantifying the effect of benthic nutrient release on the nutrient inventories in the water column and its feedback on primary productivity at the near surface. Benthic nutrient fluxes were determined with Biogeochemical Observatory (BIGO) landers equipped with benthic chambers. Though multibeam has been recorded during the cruise, it was not a major focus and the responsible party provided no acquisition information. |
