| Abstract | The RV Meteor cruise M141/1 was designed to identify the age, source, recurrency intervals and eruptive style of large explosive volcanic eruptions on the Azores islands during the last several hundred thousand years, and to investigate possible links to tsunamigenic sector collapses. Though multibeam has been recorded during the cruise, it was not a major focus and the responsible party provided no further acquisition information. |
