Abstract | SO114 aimed to study the effects of SE-Asian Monsoon climate on present-day fluxes of particulates in the South China Sea and the depositional processes and ecological consequences of tephra falls from the 1991 eruption of Mount Pinatubo in the south china sea. The main tasks were to recover and redeploy moorings, hydrographic and nutrient measurements and coring of the pinatubo ash layer. Though multibeam data has been recorded it was not the main focus of the cruise and no acquisition information has been provided by the responsible party. |
