Abstract | The primary goal of Expedition MSM 39 was to recover a suite of samples that will allow us to reconstruct changes in water mass formation and stratification during the present (Holocene) and the last (Isotope Stage 5.5) interglacial based on a detailed calibration of paleoceanographic tracers to the modern hydrography. The multibeam system worked reliable during the entire cruise. |
