Purpose | |
Abstract | The Kongsber Simrad EM710 multibeam echosounder installed on Meteor were used to survey the working areas in Gorgia, Ukraine and Turkey. The EM710 sonar ran Down to a water depth of about 1200 m parallel to the EM120 profiling. The maximum coverage was 4000 m or 150 degrees with 256 deams. As the EM 710 is optimized for shallow water the coverage does overlie the working areas. |
