Purpose | |
Abstract | The broad goals of SO96-2 were to estimate the volume of fluid venting from the Aleutian margin and its chemical variation. A second goal was to understand the nucleation of large earthquakes in this highly seismic area around EDGE and the Albatross Ridge. Though sound velocity profiles have been taken to support the multibeam recording, further acquisition information have not been provided. |
