ABS AWIPEV Booking System

This is our booking system for your travels to the joint German-French research platform in Ny-Ålesund (Koldewey-Station, Rabot-Station, Corbel-Station). You can use this system for booking your stay after your projects has been approved in the normal access procedure of the platform.

If this is the first time that you are using our booking system, you will have to enter your personal data. This data is stored in our system for later usage.

Privacy note. Some of the personal data which you enter in the first step will be visible to all users. This includes the entries which may be subject to later change, like your Address.
